Frederic Madeleine of “Le Pommier”
Born in Normandy, France.
In October 2005, he opened his first boutique, Le Pommier, in Tohokusawa, followed by his second in Azabujuban in September 2009, and his third in Omotesando in December 2014 as Cafe Le Pommier.
The boutique’s floor is covered with over 200-year-old terra cotta, which was brought in from Normandy, and the walls and pillars are covered with colombage, a traditional Normandy house design.
