Hello! This is Sugiyama, a staff member at HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA!
This time, I’d like to introduce the highlights from the “Trick or Treat Marche” held on Wednesday, October 30th!
We were blessed with good weather, and we opened up the area next to the hotel entrance to sell vegetables from the contracted farms of the hotel’s restaurant, along with Halloween-themed food prepared by our chef.
Wait… is that a skeleton selling the vegetables?!
Personally, it was my first time seeing the Kolinky squash and Biquinho peppers. I had a chance to try them, and they were incredibly fresh, sweet, and delicious!
The Bagna Cauda set, which let guests enjoy a variety of vegetables, was particularly popular!
We also sold original cookies, and enjoying them with a cup of coffee was pure bliss.
We hosted games for children inside the hotel.
The kids were super excited about the Halloween crafts, eyeball ball scooping, and Halloween ball toss!
The main game was the Ghost Hunt. We decorated the rooms in a Halloween theme and prepared three concept rooms.
Were the little ones able to find the ghosts?
And this time, our special guest was none other than a clown!
Amidst the slightly spooky atmosphere with skeletons and ghost decorations, the clown was a big help in making sure the kids had a fun time!
We also gave cookies as gifts to the children who successfully found the ghosts during the Ghost Hunt.
At first, some of the children were scared, but by the end, they had become friends with the clown and were taking pictures together, which left a strong impression.
Since this event had free admission, many people casually dropped by—children from nearby preschools, moms with babies, and even office workers passing by. It created a relaxed atmosphere where everyone could enjoy a Halloween day their way, making for a wonderful experience.
We hope to continue creating easygoing events that can be enjoyed by the local community, so please look forward to more in the future!
