5th Anniversary Event “We are THE LIVELY”
THE LIVELY has created extraordinary experiences by focusing on four key concepts: “DESIGN, MUSIC, ART, and TECH.” By integrating new ideas, innovative concepts, and trends, THE LIVELY has continually offered unique and memorable stays. This year, in celebration of its 5th anniversary, THE LIVELY will host events under the unified theme “We are THE LIVELY” at its three locations. Leveraging its journey so far, these events will provide guests and local residents with an opportunity to further experience the charm of the brand and its facilities in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
The events will particularly focus on “MUSIC” and “ART” from the four key concepts. To allow guests to fully enjoy the essence of THE LIVELY, we have prepared a variety of content, including music performances by DJs and singers, live performances, and art exhibitions. The main venue will be the lobby lounges of each hotel, where guests regularly gather. These popular, highly designed, extraordinary spaces will be further enlivened by artists on the event day, offering a special and unforgettable evening.

THE LIVELY FUKUOKA HAKATA
Event Name: “We are THE LIVELY” Nakasu Yuuen Night ~ Summer Festival ~
Event Description: The event will be held in the first-floor lounge space of THE LIVELY FUKUOKA HAKATA, located right at the entrance, illuminated by numerous lights and signage. This area includes the front desk welcoming check-in guests, “THE LIVELY KITCHEN” with its Japanese-Italian fusion theme, and “THE LIVELY BAR” centrally located for café use. It is a lively space usually bustling with locals and tourists alike.
In a venue decorated under the theme of “Hyakka Ryouran” (A Hundred Flowers Blooming in Profusion), guests can enjoy a unique summer festival experience with DJ music, signage art, and food & drinks. The event will feature DJ Peach, a next-generation female DJ who energizes popular clubs nationwide.

DJ Peach achieved the prestigious No.1 spot in the Japan DJ rankings at the ‘FRESH TOP20 DJanes AWARD 2022.’ She has showcased her talent across popular clubs both in Japan and internationally, evolving into one of Japan’s leading female DJs. Her international appearances include several performances in Malaysia in 2022, a show in Hong Kong in 2023, and a subsequent performance in the Philippines at the five-star casino hotel OKADA MANILA.
DJ Peach has also seen great success with her album releases. In 2022, her albums ‘GREATEST DANCE MUSIC PARTY mixed by DJ PEACH’ Vol.4, Vol.5, and Vol.6 consecutively topped the iTunes Dance/Album Chart. In 2023, her album ‘PEACH THE MEGA MIX’ secured the No.1 spot in the LINE MUSIC overall album Top 100 weekly ranking. She has achieved unprecedented success in the DJ world.

Event Name: “We are THE LIVELY” LIVELY FES 2024
Event Description: With the concept of “A Festival Experience of Present-day Kansai,” this event will feature various talented singers and DJs from Kansai. Guests can enjoy music from all genres and art contents such as live painting in a vibrant yet comfortable indoor setting, allowing for freedom and surprise discoveries.

Featured Artist: Azuma Jusei
Born on July 16, 1998, in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Azuma Jusei is a unique artist who creates artworks using a one-of-a-kind expression called “ADRENALINE ART.” He applies paint to his body and vigorously strikes the canvas with punches, headbutts, and kicks, conveying his emotions onto the artwork.
Azuma Jusei’s creative activities include exhibitions, live painting performances, and various media appearances. He has been featured in publications such as the Sankei Shimbun newspaper in 2022 and appeared on NHK in 2023. In 2024, his work was showcased in Bijutsu Techo (Art Journal).
